Tuesday: CT State Line to Willimantic.
Wednesday: Willimantic to Manchester (almost East Hartford)

"Dang wind!" Spent most of Wednesday fighting a headwind. Should have walked west to east so I'd have the wind at my back more often than not.

Stayed in a great bed and breakfast in Brooklyn (CT). It had a lot of history and a really high bed that was one of the most comfortable I ever slept in. We've been very lucky with lodgings. Pretty soon I'll post the rest of them on our Friends and Supporters Page.

Travis is off on jury duty this week, so we've been scrambling. My wife Pat helped out and my daughter, Dawn, arrived today. Pat was fascinated by the huge frogs guarding a bridge in downtown Willimantic. There's a really cute story that goes with the Volkswagen-sized green frogs. I'll be putting it in this week's (newspaper) story, then I'll put it on this site next week, for those who don't catch the newsapapers.
