East Cleveland to Lakeside.

Walked through Cleveland today. There didn't seem to be many cars for a weekday. Maybe I'm just used to Boston and New York (and Hartford) where you really don't want to drive downtown on a weekday.

It was slow going, but only because I met some interesting people in East Cleveland. That will be in the Sunday story. And I visited the Rock and Roll Museum. I only spent an hour or two there, and just barely figured out what was good about the place when I had to leave. Hey, I'm slow. Here's what I missed, enjoying the museum has a lot to do with actually LISTENING to the music. Duh.

Power went out here tonight and came back on just as I was going to bed which is why I'm writing this at 1:42 am. Maybe I should get some sleep.

Tomorrow, we're supposed to make it to Vermillion, which is halfway between Cleveland and Sandusky, but I doubt I'll get that far. I suspect we fell 7-9 miles short today. I'd like to get within five miles of Vermillion tomorrow, but we have to stop fairly early because we're heading up to Sandusky for two days of R&R so we want to file the week's stories on Wednesday this week.

When we resume Saturday we'll try to make it to Sandusky
