Imperial NE to Colorado

COLORADO!
Reached the state line today and touched my toes into Colorado. Ten states down four to go. Never mind that they're the four longest and hardest.

The people here have been great. When we finished today's hike, the folks in Lemar, NE (population 25 or so) treated us to a watermelon fest. That was great. Now the people in Holyoke, CO are getting ready to treat us to a home-made lasagna dinner. Hmm. Maybe this isn't such a bad life after all.

I've got to figure out how to get this kind of reception without walking 23 miles first.
